An incredible work of art by Hennie du Plessis @billet2blade and his wife Ilze du Plessis. The storage box stores a circuit board and 9 volt battery which sends a signal through the board used as a handle scale which lights up LED lights installed inside the handle scale. This makes the lights turn on automatically when it is placed into its display box. A plunger disconnects the connection so the lights are not on while the box is closed. The engraving is heavily inspired Swiss artist H.R. Giger - famous for his biomechanics artwork and for being the head artist on the movie Alien.
