The cauldron pot method is the best method! Argue with your mama.. 🔥 most restaurant teas Suck! Because they don’t know this rule. lighter particles that are delicate and gentle like roses, chamomile, green tea don’t need high heat. Most tea leaves and flower petals get bitter if you boil it too high so you’re supposed to steep not boil. And if you microwave your tea, I’m offended. Anyways 1tbs of loose leaf herb 8oz of water or 1 cup is the exact ratio. Steep 5-20 min. If you want it strong like mine THE LONGER THE STRONGER!! Sometimes i let it sit over night for big batches Half agave half organic raw sugar . If I make a latte, I do have oat milk, half water and a pinch of Celtic sea salt. For this video, I only did water and I only steep it for five minutes and it was still delicious.🤤 Maybe you’re not adding enough sweetener? Maybe you’re not using springwater I never used tap? Maybe you’re not typing it long enough or maybe your water temp is too high? And maybe just maybe you should drink the tea anyways because it’s good for you and honestly most of us are not getting the nutrients and vitamins. Our hearts were so full from the outpour of community support and Soil2Souls family & friends, young and old, that gave their time and energy to activate this space at The historic Four Way restaurant.
