Hi friends! It’s been a while since I introduce myself, so I wanted to share my newest profile picture and tell you a little bit about me 💛 I’m Isa! Originally from Medellin, Colombia, I moved to the US when I was 14 years old and have made Florida my home. I’m an industrial designer that found her love for art and illustration while living in Paris in my 20’s. ✨Fun fact about me: I wanted to be a doctor all my life and an art history elective changed everything✨ I started Black Lamb Studio over 10 years ago and through this amazing journey I’ve had a chance to work with some really cool brands and people! I love color, dogs, old houses, beautiful spaces, spending time with my family and traveling. My mission for Black Lamb Studio has always been to bring a little more joy and color into the world. Hello 2016! Loving this walk down memory lane 🥺 2016 is the year I decided to go full force on my illustration and pattern design studio. I got my first client! It was the year I became obsessed with patterns, home decor and plants. Started working with @casetify ! Became a US citizen! I got the travel bug bad!(went to Perú, Sweden, Iceland, Morocco and France). This year I felt so free and creative and started building my portfolio. Waiting for clients, I created a line of greeting cards and tote bags to have tangible things with my art and I absolutely loved every minute of it. 2016 Isa was planting seeds 2026 Isa is still sowing 🌱

Hi friends! I’ve been on a bit of a social media hiatus, but if you know me, you know this too big of a loss to not share. Yesterday I lost my Charlie, my baby boy, my muse, my best friend, my soul mate. I don’t know how to live without you Charlisito. I will miss our cuddles, I will miss your snores, your kisses, hearing that little sound you made walking around our wooden floors, I will miss our daily walks, I will miss your smell, the way you begged for food, i will miss your softness. I will miss sharing my life with you. You just made my days and my life better. You made me and your dad a family and this void feels impossible to fill. You were the funniest, bestest, sweetest, spunkiest being I’ve know and I just feel so honored to have been your safe space and your person. 💛🌈🐾 Thank you for the love you’ve shown him here on here over the years.

Hi friends!! What a month September has been. Undoubtedly one of the best of my life. I turned 40 on the 1st and celebrated with some of my favorite people. Went to a really fun wedding and saw two people I love get married and announce a baby and danced a lot to a mariachi band. Went boating on the English canals and had all the fish and chips my heart desired. Went to Athens and saw the acropolis for the second time in my life and visited a few islands and stayed at the most beautiful house, chilled by a gorgeous pool, ate all the amazing food, laughed with all my friends, and drank all the wine. Checked Croatia off my bucket list destination, sailed, hiked, swam, snorkeled, saw an octopus and thousands of fish. Finished up this incredible month in Paris visiting friends and family and reminisced of that time I was twenty something and called that incredible place my home. Ate all the pain of chocolat, visited Giverny, went to a few of my favorites and tried a few new places and walked under the rain with my heart so big it could explode. This month was a celebration of the wonderful miracle it is being alive and of loving and being loved by some many incredible people. My body is back but my mind and soul might take a little while 🙃💕 #september #septemberrecap
