It was a true honor to be part of this latest short film project — a collaboration between director Sean Baker @bakermovies and Michelle Yeoh @michelleyoeh_official .
Shot entirely on iPhone in the vibrant heart of Penang, Malaysia, the film beautifully weaves together Malaysian cuisine, culture, and color across five distinct narrative dimensions.
Collaborating with such a world-class international crew has been an absolute masterclass.

Behind the Scenes of a Cinematic Car Shoot with a Robotic Arm 🤖🚗
This was our first time working with a robotic arm, and let me tell you — motion control is a whole different game.
Why? Because robotic camera moves usually mean longer takes — you’re hitting multiple target points in one move.
Unless you’re speed ramping, those shots easily go past 3 seconds.
Me and Baptiste realized this only during our trial run.
Sometimes visualizing an idea isn’t enough — you’ve got to feel it, test it, live it.
Camera movements are always fun… but robotic camera movements? That’s another level. 🔥
