2025 EXPO OSAKA,TECH WORLD 館|互動與沈浸式體驗
2025 世界博覽,Bito 除了為 TECH WORLD 館設計主視覺外,也負責此館一樓入口處和生命劇場的展演——A Tree Meets the Moon。考察從中海拔到中高海拔近 50 種台灣動植物,透過現場巨型的柱狀環形投影、560 隻機械手臂,及 12 聲道環繞聲效系統,以沉浸體驗帶領觀眾進入霧林帶自然場域。
𓆦 科技與互動設計
在巨型的柱狀環形投影周圍,圍繞著560隻機械手臂,這560隻機械手臂裝置是由工研院 @itri_tech 和穀米 @okome.studio 共同開發,Bito 透過程式的編寫,讓機械手臂生動地以科技方式模擬生物動態。從 500 多隻蝴蝶的飛舞姿態,到模擬整片草地隨風搖曳、動物掠影穿林。為了使整體效果達到完美,團隊在台灣打造 1:1 實景進行多次的測試與整合,最終使機械手臂動態與影像內容、及巨型投影三者呈現豐富層次的演出效果。
𓆣 燈光設計
空間中的燈光由現場展演製作經驗豐富經驗豐富的必應創造 @binliveconcert 所設計,模擬林間陽光不同時序的變化:晨曦透過樹梢灑落、雷鳴中激烈的閃電,猶如走入森林般。透過現場燈光的輔助,使得整體觀影的感官體驗具有和諧的整體性。

・Immersive Experience
Surrounding the massive cylindrical projection are 560 robotic arms—an installation co-developed by ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) and Okome Studio. Through programming by Bito, the robotic arms vividly simulate biological movements using technology. From the fluttering of over 500 butterflies to the swaying of an entire grass field in the wind and glimpses of animals darting through the forest, the installation brings the ecosystem to life.
・Lighting Design
The lighting in the space was crafted by B’IN LIVE, a team with extensive experience in live performance production. It simulates the changing sunlight within a forest across different times of day—morning rays filtering through treetops, intense lightning during thunderstorms—making visitors feel as if they are walking through a living forest.

#Rebrand Taiwan 2.0 → TAIWAN 3.0
揮別上一代舊有標誌,我們用全新的 TAIWAN 迎接下個十年!相較 2.0 版的大小英字,3.0 的全大寫的英字展現更加自信、有力量的個性。標誌緊扣「WAVES OF WONDER」的概念,波動直覺的線條不僅象徵與世界連結的願景,也代表旅途中一波接著一波令人驚奇的風景。
#MotionSystem 動態識別系統
打破過去既定的靜態呈現,我們在識別系統加入動態思維,透過動態表現台灣山海的波動特色,在數位時代的不同載體介面上能夠順暢展現。
#字體 TAIWAN SANS 台灣體
TAIWAN SANS 是配合識別翻新所訂製的一套專屬字型。為讓識別系統更加完整,設計師客製這套俐落對稱的英字系統,在轉筆尖角處呼應標誌的曲線,是一套裝飾性及閱讀性並具的字體。
#顏色 TAIWAN ORANGE
品牌色保留原標誌的橘色,在微調彩度與明度後,凝聚亞熱帶地區陽光充足、活力四射的溫度。輔助色則以四季為靈感,將旅客對不同季節的體驗感受,轉化成具象的視覺語彙。
Bito 很榮幸為觀光署打造這個國家級的觀光品牌,除了讓大家重新認識台灣,也期待未來在世界各地角落,看到這個我們引以為傲的設計!

Taiwan Tourism Rebranding
Bito has redefined the identity of Taiwan Tourism with the concept of “WAVES OF WONDER,” symbolizing a journey full of endless surprises in Taiwan.
The new logo draws inspiration from Taiwan‘s undulating mountains, seas, and roads. These flowing waves not only represent Taiwan’s sceneries but also the moods during travel. Compared to the mixed-case logotype in version 2.0, version 3.0‘s all-caps letters construct a more confident and powerful personality, staying classic and firm over the next decade.
TAIWAN SANS is a customized typeface tailored to accomplish branding system. This bold and minimalist character ensures the readability on modern digital interface, and is effectively presented across various applications based on the motion branding system.
We are honored to design this tourism identity that will be seen worldwide in the future, introducing this island where full of wonders to the world.

Parklane|城市尺度影像裝置
機場大鐘、廣場鐘塔、車站報時,城市裡最動人的相遇,往往發生在一個共同仰望的瞬間。
我們把這個概念帶進台中草悟道,而這一次,報時的不是鐘面,是一隻戴著錶巨大的手,將具公共性的報時鐘面,透過勤美誠品六層樓高的螢幕牆,轉化為一個當代城市的巨型時鐘。
嘗試讓城市牆成為敘事的容器,增加大眾的期待感,讓等待變成期待,讓戴著錶的手承載城市的時間重量。

City’s most moving encounters often happen in shared moments of looking up—an airport clock, a plaza tower, a station chime. These quiet, collective gestures form the city’s subtle rituals.Bringing this idea to Calligraphy Greenway in Taichung, we transform a familiar clock face into a contemporary urban landmark on CMP Eslite’s six-story media façade. Moving from storytelling to storyliving, the city wall becomes a narrative canvas—where waiting turns into anticipation, and time is carried not just on the wrist, but across the city itself.

作為 @youtube 亞洲區的創意夥伴,我們以亞洲文化視角重新詮釋 YouTube Gifts 互動體驗。將每一場直播視為創作者與粉絲彼此交流、共享情緒的相聚時刻,並以 Time Together 為概念,挖掘來自生活中的相聚時刻,為亞洲區設計 10 款 3D 動畫,像是在卡拉 OK 包廂中歡唱、圍著火鍋涮肉、一起逛夜市吃雞排⋯等,將這些相聚時刻的意象視覺化,並以專屬於亞洲日常的集體記憶,拉近創作者與粉絲的距離。
透過購買虛擬貨幣,觀眾可在直播中即時送出數位禮物,讓支持與互動更直覺發生,也為觀看體驗增添更多樂趣。YouTube Gifts 功能已經在台灣上線,這些動態禮物,也能在南韓、美國購買到 🎁
As YouTube’s creative partner for the Asia region, we reinterpreted the YouTube Gifts interactive experience through an Asian cultural lens.
Treating every livestream as a moment where creators and fans gather and share emotions, we developed the concept “Time Together.” Inspired by everyday moments of togetherness—singing in a karaoke room, enjoying hot pot, or grabbing fried chicken at a night market—we created 10 3D animated gifts that visualize these familiar scenes, bringing creators and fans closer through shared memories of daily life in Asia. These assets are now officially available in Taiwan, US and South Korea.

Bito X 22STUDIO|2026 馬年清水模機械錶
受 22STUDIO 的邀請,我們為 2026 年設計馬年限定清水模機械錶。我們以從小到大最容易接觸的創作工具——鉛筆為靈感的起點,結合馬的意象,成長出一隻獨一無二、靈感不斷的獨角獸🦄
對擅長透過 Motion Design 敘事的 Bito 來說,在動態創作中,時間不只是畫面流動的基礎,也是建構故事節奏的核心;透過時間軸(Timeline)與影格(Frames)的運用,形成連續的動作與意義。而 Motion 的起源最初來自英國攝影師 Eadweard Muybridge 於 1878 年完成的連續攝影實驗《The Horse in Motion》,他將奔跑中的馬拆解為一格格影像,把時間轉化為可被觀看的序列。我們以此為靈感,從運動中的馬、象徵創作載體的鉛筆,到蛻變為長出靈感的獨角獸,不僅是視覺上的動態循環,更象徵著創意從醞釀到昇華的敘事過程。
正因為這些筆下的塗鴉、創意與美好,才能讓每個靈感如馬一般自由奔馳,新的一年讓我們腦中源源不絕的靈感們繼續自在的奔馳✏️ 🐎

Invited by 22STUDIO, Bito designed the 2026 Year of the Horse concrete mechanical watch. We took the most familiar creative tool from childhood— the pencil— as our starting point, and combined it with the imagery of the horse to grow a unique, ever-inspiring unicorn🦄
The concept was inspired by British photographer Eadweard Muybridge’s 1878 sequential photography experiment, The Horse in Motion, which sliced time into continuous frames and is widely recognized as the origin of modern cinema and animation techniques. From the horse in motion, to the pencil as a symbol of creative tools, and finally to the unicorn sprouting inspiration, it is not only a visual dynamic loop but also a narrative representing the evolution of creativity—from its initial spark to its ultimate flourishing.

TianYu Noodles 天玉麵|品牌識別
在台北天玉街的 TianYu Noodles 天玉麵,結合日本割烹的職人手藝與現代健康風味理念,創造一種既能感受到深層滿足,又能品味輕盈口感的體驗。
我們以麵食、湯頭為靈感發展品牌識別,以及店面招牌與製作物設計,透過湯頭流動的意象,勾勒出 TIAN YU 的縮寫 “T” , “Y”,將兩個字母結合,即會出現漢字「玉」。在動態識別中,我們從一碗麵的湯頭開始,也從 “T” , “Y” 發展,藉由湯頭的流動,轉化為麵條Q彈帶勁的意象,進一步詮釋麵條與湯頭是拉麵的精髓,以及品牌對於味道的堅持。

At TIAN YU NOODLES on Tianyu Street in Taipei, Japanese kappo craftsmanship meets a modern, health-conscious philosophy. Bito led the project from brand definition and naming to visual identity and signage design. Inspired by noodles and broth, the identity draws on the flowing movement of soup to form the initials “T” and “Y,” which merge into the character 「玉」. In the dynamic identity, the flow of broth evolves into the springy energy of noodles, expressing the essence of ramen through the relationship between soup and noodles.

SANAA 臺中綠美圖|概念影片 @sanaa_jimusho
「在構思綠美圖時,我們希望能溫柔地連結圖書館與美術館場域,打造一座為人而生的空間。來訪的市民可以用自己的方式探索、停留,找到享受這棟建築的方法。」SANAA 妹島和世曾在受訪時這樣描述綠美圖。
受 SANAA 建築師事務所邀請,Bito 團隊前往 SANAA 位在東京運河旁的總部拍攝,短短五分鐘的紀錄片,記述妹島和世與西澤立衛對綠美圖的空間語彙與設計思考。
臺中綠美圖是 SANAA 發想之初至今橫跨超過十年的大型作品,不僅是全台第一座美術館與圖書館共構的建築,也是 SANAA 事務所在台灣的首座建築。整體建築由八個量體所構成,以中性淺色外觀配合大量金屬擴張網帷幕,淡化建築與公園的界線,不僅實現了「公園中的圖書館、森林中的美術館」概念,也讓建築變得更透明、更輕盈、更接近生活。

Invited by the architectural firm SANAA, Bito produced a conceptual interview film for the Taichung Green Museumbrary, featuring Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa explaining the spatial language of the building themselves.
Spanning more than a decade from its initial conception, the Green Museumbrary is SANAA’s first built project in Taiwan and the nation’s first hybrid building combining a museum and a library. The architecture is composed of eight volumes with a light neutral exterior wrapped in expanded metal mesh, softening the boundary between the building and the park. This approach realizes the idea of “a library in the park, a museum in the forest,” making the architecture more transparent, airy, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life.
