Sorry for not posting more I've been not posting as much because something's been wrong with my throat.... It had a bad reaction to a allergy medication. It's starting to go away but my voice is quite hoarse and I sound like a prepubescent boy. Remember on The Brady bunch when Peter's voice started to change? That's me 🤓.
But the important thing is that I got a colonoscopy and the results were that I'm free and clear of polyps or cancer.
I got my first one about 4 years ago.
My grandmother died of colon cancer at 65.
When I got my first one a precancerous polyp was found and removed.
I was scared to go back so I just kept ducking 🌊 🦆.
Stuart philosophy practices gave me the courage to go back. But none of this was easy.

I've been getting a lot of compliments my fitness lately.... Let me start by saying it's not easy at 56.
I won't lie and say that my parents didn't give me incredible genes in terms of looking feel....
But the genes don't do the push-ups, squats and ab sets, the jeans don't go to jujitsu.... They don't intermittent fast and they don't do yoga.
But whatever cool genes you got, don't matter if you don't take care of yourself consistently.
And also let me say that none of this stuff is cheap right trying to eat the good food and all that. But it's cheaper than what American healthcare is willing to give you right now so you better invest.
Just a reminder that your diet is not just what you put in your body it's who you keep around you. Normalize getting rid of negative fake friends as you see fit.

I think it's important that we help kids understand the dangers of walking around being openly hypocritical.
Too many YOUNG people walk around wearing gear that implies things they seem to be fundamentally unaware of.
I feel like part of an adult's job is to help kids see where they are misrepresenting themselves so that they can be more authentically whatever they are.
Are you guys noticing this trend or is it just me?

Start studying love if you want your life to get measurably better.
You can study self-love you can study stoic love you can study romantic love- you can study all kinds of love.
Authentic love is infinite and its expressions.
I know people that are atheists that don't believe in God but they believe in love.
They know love is real.
Once I pivoted in my studies from all these other things and stepped into studying love proactively a lot changed.
