God is faithful and forever true to His words!!! He comes forth for us when we need Him the most!!! Last year August 25th I was on my way to London for my godson’s birthday! I got to the airport as early as 6:30am and I was waiting for my bags to be checked in. The check in line was moving at a snail’s pace. Im not a morning person...😂 so I just stood on there and said to myself “I will shall check in today”. Then all of sudden I started hearing noise from the front, trust Nigerians to always want to know what’s happening 🙈. As a typical Naija girl I joined everyone to hear or see what was going on. When I got to the front we were told we won’t be flying that morning that the pilot was sick 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 I guess everybody was shocked and surprised at the same time just because Virgin never misbehaves! Everyone was shouting at the top of their voices “we have appointments today, I have medical today, my son is expecting me today Bla bla bla” I was also upset and disappointed because it was 24 hours to his birthday and had promised to help with a lot of stuff and knowing my friend very well @sarah_rose5 had warned me not to buy my ticket a day to his birthday. I couldn’t even shout, I couldn’t talk, I was just looking at everyone. The lady standing next to me looked at me and said Aunty why are you not talking it’s like this your trip is not important Abi?!? I replied and said madam you’re already doing it for me, adding my own voice won’t make the pilot get better or won’t make them change their mind about flying us this morning. To cut the long story short we didn’t fly that morning. Our flight was moved to 10pm in the evening. I didn’t know God moved that flight for me, God cancelled a whole flight for me! As I was heading to the hotel, because I didn’t want to go back to work, I got a call from someone I call mummy and she said “Bimbo, we need aso oke urgently and you have handle it yourself because it’s for @bishopjakes and his beautiful wife. At this point, it was clear that this was the reason God didn’t allow me fly out that morning.
