I’ve done marathons, half Ironman, triathlons and this was by far the most challenging from a mental standpoint. At 60 this took everything I had in the tank to complete the @hyroxworld but I will be back. Great training regiment and works the entire body and mind. Great event and highly recommend. #hardisgood
