🎧 Qui est Big Steve ? 🎧 Musicien depuis plus de 20 ans, mon voyage musical a commencé derrière une batterie 🥁. J’ai eu la chance de collaborer avec de nombreux talents et d’accompagner des projets à l’international 🌍. En 2008, j’ai franchi une nouvelle étape en suivant le cursus Audio Engineer Diploma à temps plein à la SAE Institute de Paris, pour devenir technicien audiovisuel 🎓. S’en sont suivis des stages et des missions dans divers studios de production parisiens, où j’ai affûté mes compétences sur le terrain 🎛️. Une fois les épaules assez solides, j’ai lancé mon propre studio 🎙️ pour développer mon activité en tant que travailleur autonome dans les métiers du son. 💥 En 2017, j’ai pris mon courage à deux mains et j’ai traversé l’Atlantique pour poursuivre ma carrière au Canada 🇨🇦. Aujourd’hui, j’y enseigne les métiers du son, travaille en tant que technicien indépendant, produis du contenu pédagogique, et gère un studio d’enregistrement professionnel à Montréal. Fabric Vintage Synth Vol. 1: the new virtual instruments from Air Music Tech and Akai Pro are incredible recreations of iconic synthesizers, combined with the modern touch of Air Music Tech’s effects! These synth plugins are derived from the Fabric engine and capture the DNA of original vintage instruments with character and personality. The oscillators and filters are based on the Fabric engine. They feature expanded polyphony compared to original-era hardware synths, with up to four oscillators/layers per patch, and are designed for modern composers and producers. A diverse arpeggiator with multiple modes offers creative flexibility, and full MPE compatibility ensures expressive performance. Each oscillator set includes extensive waveform selections, while deep factory preset libraries cover a wide range of applications. The engine also incorporates features and effects borrowed from Fabric, Sprite, and Flavor Pro. A big thank you to YoungDreadz for his performance on this track, and to Simon Jodoin for recording this beautiful DW Timeless Timber drum kit! 🎛 Teaching in the morning, mixing in the afternoon, playing with my kid in the evening and spending the night mixing [again] and score drums for a future recording session! This is pretty much my everyday routine! The grind is strong 💪 but it's important to take a moment and rest! 👂As the year began I caught a pneumonia and pulmonary embolism... sign that sometimes your body must take a moment to recharge, the world can wait! [FR] 🎛 Enseigner le matin, mixer dans l'après-midi, jouer avec le petit la soirée et passé le reste de la nuit au studio à mixer et relever des parties de batterie pour un prochain enregistrement! C'est plus ou moins ma routine ces derniers temps! On bosse dur 💪 mais c'est important de prendre un moment pour se reposer! 👂 L'année a commencé pour moi avec une pneumonie et embolie pulmonaire... un signe qui veut dire que parfois le corps a besoin de se recharger un moment, le reste du monde peut attendre!
