A little over a week after cooking @losmochisculinaryfest , I am still thinking through the few days we spent in this amazing city in Sinaloa, MX. The human connection is powerful. The memories made are forever. The food, omg, the food is so good. @tacosdonchuy_original for pig head tacos. @elfarallonrestaurante for lunch and dinner. @zen.mochis for sushi omakase. I am so thankful to @chef.martin.gonzalez for the invitation to cook at the 3rd volume of this culinary gathering. I was so fortunate to meet and cook with so many culinary legends of Mexico. @collarte_pindar@javierplascencia@chef.alexruiz@chef_miguelangelguerrero@soy_pedromartin@weeosunachef A huge special thank you to @mariadoloresbal for hosting me in her kitchen.
