âWhen I was approached by Brixton about shooting their Fall 2025 campaign, I immediately thought of using the Mercury Lenses. I knew I was going to be shooting on my Red V-raptor and wanted to give the videos a different look than shooting on spherical lenses. I love the character of these and the flares are really nice. We also were going to be run and gun, so I felt like having a small footprint with the Mercury lenses would be super helpful for tight spaces and walking around NYC all day. We used the 36mm, 42mm, and 72mm on this shoot. I feel like I really used the 36mm and 42mm mostly, the 36mm had a really nice close focus ability and when shot wide open had a really nice bokeh. Overall Iâm super happy with how these came out and love those lenses!â - @bhoste

Thorne's work straddles multiple worlds, telling stories through transformation, reinvention and theatrical excess â a skill honed over years and something Thorne, as explained in the film, never imagined could translate into the career he has today.
