We wish you and your families a safe and meaningful Passover Thank you for your ongoing support towards BFAMI and the art museums of Israel whose staff are working in the most challenging times and conditions. Within the chaos these remarkably innovative museums have been creating shelter art kits, online courses and tours of exhibitions offering educational and engaging activities forming moments of calm to all who would like to engage. We stand with the people of Israel and our allies in the Middle East and hope for peaceful times ahead. BFAMI Committees & Team *** The Israel Museum, Jerusalem Wartime programmes emphasise resilience through art, exhibitions, and outreach. - A resilience exhibition highlights healing via creativity, while an upcoming synagogue exhibition uses innovative reconstruction technologies. - Courses continue for adults, children, and wounded soldiers. - Special programmes support mental health. - Outreach programmes are delivering art to shelters and evacuees, alongside expanded digital lectures and workshops. *** Tel Aviv Museum of Art Emergency response initiatives adapt museum operations during wartime. - Underground exhibitions present relocated artworks, linking past upheavals to the present. - Public access continues with tours, small performances, and family activities. - Community support includes distributing creative kits nationwide. - Classes resume in hybrid formats, schools engage online, and extensive digital content offers virtual tours, talks, and activities. *** Images: Courtesy of @niv_fridman Courtesy of @israel_museum Courtesy of @telavivmuseumofart
