Introducing our next panellist for next week's Drinks Forecast London Event. Rachael McInnis is F&B Innovation Manager at Ole & Steen, where she has spent the past six years shaping menu development and driving innovation. With over a decade of industry experience, Rachael is also a classically trained pastry chef who completed her training at Le Cordon Bleu. Today, she leads menu innovation and implementation, blending creativity with commercial strategy.

👀 Calvin works as a Beverage Experience Developer for Oatly across the UK & Ireland, working with partners and customers to create seasonal signature oat-y drinks, from coffee to matcha to cocktails. Their background is in coffee, with six years of experience in specialty coffee world and a passion for a great brew. Their interest in flavour & taste experiences led them down the path of recipe development, where they’re able to harness their creativity & love for all things food & drink!
