Our organic Rooibos is cultivated 650 meters high on the Bergendal Estate. Once harvested and cut, the leaves undergo a natural fermentation process and are dried under the powerful African sun, developing their signature ruby-red colour.
We have paired this caffeine-free tea with the refreshing tang of British Rhubarb. Zesty, earthy, and perfectly balanced, it's sunshine in a cup. ☀️ Plus, it’s delicious hot or iced!

Calling all tea lovers 🫖
Meet Rhubarb Rooibos, our first seasonal tea, now available to all our customers until we run out!
Enjoy it hot or cold, it's a little sip of British summer. How about you give our British Summer Fizz recipe a try? ☀️
Ingredients & method:
· 60g of Rhubarb Rooibos Tea Concentrate
· 15g of Elderflower Cordial
· 10g of lemon juice
· 120g of soda water, or tonic water for a little extra punch
· Ice
Using 2 tea bags brew Rhubarb Rooibos Tea with 100g of hot water and steep for 4 minutes. Then let it cool. Fill your glass with ice, add the tea, elderflower cordial and lemon juice, then top with soda water and stir gently.
And enjoy!
