I’m super thrilled to share that I’ll be hosting a special one-day exhibition at 101 Art Gallery on November 15th, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The show will feature a vibrant mix of my Famous Faces, new Carnival pieces, new landscapes and architectural works, as well as selections from my Sketchbook Series.

This painting is titled “Springtime Bloom” created in 2007. I often used to find it difficult to look at because it carries me back to a moment of deep trauma. My son was born via emergency C-section when I was 30 weeks pregnant. He spent almost three months in NICU fighting for his life and then the first 3 years of his life were touch and go at certain moments during that timeline.
Painting became my refuge. A quiet act of survival. A way to steady myself when everything else felt fragile and out of my control.
Looking at it now, I see more than the fear and stress that surrounded its making. I see resilience. I see love. I see the extraordinary strength of the human body and spirit.
As women, we carry life, bring it into the world and hold it fiercely even when we’re afraid. We endure, we nurture, we fight and somehow we continue to bloom.
