FLOCK 🌪️
“I liked the calmness and all moving together.” — Konrad (aged 5)
“I can’t quite explain how easy it felt to move with everyone, knowing we wouldn’t get lost because we could rely on each other for guidance and flow.” — Raquel
Last weekend, we finally piloted our first ever FLOCK dance happening! After some rescheduling thanks to Storm Floria and Storm Amy, we found a perfect home: The Deep End, a community space with an outdoor yard and a car ramp roof (very Ballardian! & perfectly suited for Glasgow outdoor arts 😅).
This was our first time experimenting with something so spontaneous—strangers who met just an hour before.
Special TY’s to our participants who dived in during a gap in the storm to take part—they were the most graceful ensemble!
💫Gemma, Carman, Alex, Ekin, Nina, Raquel, Jess, Roz, Anne, Jenny, Mark, Siobhan, Sarah, Georgia, Konrad, Aislinn, Kat, and the amazing kiddies who joined us! ✨💫
Next up: outside Port Glasgow Library 🙂📚
