Was feeling inspired in NOLA⚜️ Blackened Sea Bass served over Mustard green polenta finished with a Louisiana/Wisconsin Cheddar. Served with blistered heirloom tomatoes and a Creole inspired bouillabaisse sauce. Last night @noshcustomcatering had the honor of closing out this year’s Secret Garden Dinner Series at @bookworm_gardens ! I had a blast bringing some of my favorite children’s books to life through my courses; I wanted to create a whimsical culinary experience to match the beauty of Bookworm Gardens and we were able to achieve just that! The feedback we received from the guests was incredible and I am so thankful everyone loved my version of storytelling during the evening through my food. A huge thank you to Bookworm Gardens for having us and allowing me to share a little about the journey behind the creation of Nosh and for hosting such a beautiful event. Cheers to what was a perfect evening in the gardens🥂

I had the honor of representing my business, @noshcustomcatering today at @freshmealsonwheelssheboygan First Sip & Savor fundraiser at Acuity. Thank you for having us and allowing us the opportunity to give back to our community. Our dish took home the Golden Fork! We were up against some other great chefs and we were blown away by all the amazing feedback and votes for our dish🥰 A huge thank you to everyone who loved our dish and voted for us today! This community’s continued support of my food will never cease to make me beyond grateful.
