there’s so many things I have to say about La Rue but I’m going to try to keep it short. My time at La Rue was the best experience I’ve ever had in so many different ways. The community, the learning, the nature, the peace, the love, the creativity, the childlike wonder, the birds, the flowers, the cold plunges, music everywhere, the cinema, the WOMEN!!! I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Thank you to @wearemovingtheneedle for choosing me. I can’t believe I got to have this once in a lifetime experience. It feels like the universe planned this all out for me in the exact time I needed it. Thank you to @juliaborelli and @victoriacanal for teaching us so much this week, and for a creating a divine safe space. You have both impacted me profoundly and am so grateful for your presence in my life. Thank you to @victoire.rallu for absolutely spoiling us with the best food France can offer- organic, gluten free and vegan meals made from the heart! Thank you to @http.margaux for capturing our nonsense and becoming a part of our new family. Thank you to @nickcanal for making the magic happen behind the scenes with none of us even noticing. keeping it simple

surprise, I released a song! it’s called eating my own words. I hope you enjoy it 💛 this song is about a lot of different things but mostly is about being swallowed by the dialogue/thoughts in your head. the compulsivity and meanness that our brains are capable of. major congratulations are in store for Miss Jazzie Lock today. Her debut album Holdfast came out today and it is a truly beautiful piece of art. Jazzie and I started working together when I was a baby engineer who had just moved to New York (seen in the second slide). I’m really lucky that she trusted me to help her with her insane music. I’m such a fan of Jazzie and her music and I know you will be too! It is dream folk at its finest, which is my favorite kind of music. Jazzie made a beautiful world for you to dive into with Holdfast, I hope you take the time to walk through it. Got to be the recording engineer for this record (minus Port and Jackie & The Beanstalk) and then co-produced/co-mixed on a couple of them! Congratulations to everyone who worked on the album❤️✨🧚🏼🐉

Hello! I am feeling the urge to post about this because I am just feeling incredibly grateful! Idk how I convinced people to let me be in these rooms, let alone work in them! Thanks to Power Station and Ian Kagey for letting me assist and see something really magical come to life! Pinching myself that I got to assist on sessions for both of the films, and these films mean so much to me! Not that long ago I was a little girl dreaming about making art and making a stamp on the world, and now I’m a girl working with some of the most talented folks to ever exist!
