We are getting a lil more focused + intentional while we keep building downtown 🌱
Starting this week we’ll be leaning into a smaller bakery-style setup at
@parlourpioneersquare with rotating goodies like:
✿ coffee cake
✿ quiche
✿ brownies
✿ veggie bánh trứng hấp buns
✿ fun lil drink R&D collabs
As we continue growing traffic in Pioneer Square, I really wanna put more energy into marketing, catering, special events, and making each drop feel thoughtful instead of trying to do everything at once . So once things are a little bit more consistent, we may be back for happy hour or pre-orders.
Still super excited for art walks, summer downtown energy, FIFA season, and all the weird/fun things ahead for Béo Béo. Thank you, cousins, for continuing to support this in-between-addresses phase of building something special together 🫶
