Have you heard that less than half of human communication is verbal? It’s true! But up on the improv stage it is so easy to let our mouths take over. We’re here to help! Join Mark Benzel and Sean Dillon, cofounders of the award-winning Improv Movement Project, as we use exercises inspired by clowning, mime, and movement theater to transform how we use our bodies onstage… and discover how that deepens our communication with our scene partners, our audiences, and even ourselves.
