Discovered @oliopiro recently and am loving their olive oils - this new Cucina high heat olive oil is meant specifically for high heat cooking (up to 380 degrees F). They also have a finishing oil that is an intentional blend of olives that together create a balanced, smooth, slightly punchy but not overwhelming oil that carries delicious flavor but doesn’t punch you in the face you know?
thanks Piro!! for these delicious olives oils, this pasta sauce came out delicious it was a brown butter sage white wine pappardelle pasta topped with fresh parm. Can’t wait to keep using this oil
What a night, what a party…

A recap of the beautiful Mimouna event we celebrated together at the beginning of April.
Truly one of the most incredible evenings I’ve put together - I’m grateful for all of you for joining and allowing me to share my passion for cooking, hosting, and enjoying life with all of you.
Each detail was thought out from the moment guests walked into the art gallery and were greeted with a glass of wine, to the live middle eastern band, to the surprise belly dancer performances, to the knaffe that was passed around the gallery, to the end of night tea and goodbye goodie-bags… each detail together creates what I hope to be a magical evening of hospitality, warmth, delicious flavors, and a feeling that lingers far beyond the evening itself.
I look forward to doing many more evenings like this one and celebrating the joys of life all together because that’s what it’s all about my friends
Thanks again to 100+ guests who joined and to the 18 staff that helped me make this event come to life - these evenings would not be possible without you.
Con amor,
Beny
