My takeaway from today’s seminar with my good friend Raf:
• Have a goal—but make it meaningful. For me, it needs to go deeper than just appearance.
• Be present. Watch your thoughts and notice your emotions—awareness is where change starts.
• Be someone who does what they say they will do. It builds trust and creates discipline. Start small and stay consistent.
• Align your goals with your values. Being polite and positive stood out, and for me, also being reliable and leading by example.
• You don’t have to be the best. Failure is part of the process—it builds resilience and helps you grow.

Loosen the body. Lighten the mind 🧘♂️🧘♀️
Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body…
is slow down.
A few minutes of flowing stretches can:
• Release tight muscles
• Improve mobility
• Reduce stress
• Help you move better for the rest of the day
This is Ben’s daily flow routine — simple, effective, and something anyone can do.
Your body will thank you for it.
Save this for later and give it a try. 👊

📍The HUB Pettswood
Final test run complete 👊
The 2026 HUBATHLON is coming Monday!
This is our in-house you vs you fitness challenge.
Designed to strip things back and test what really matters — your fitness on the day.
It’s not about competing with anyone else.
It’s about setting a marker…
Then beating it as the year goes on.
Full run-down given by your coach on the day.
For now — get your HUBATHLON booked and lock it in.
Why do we deadlift? 💪 Because life is full of heavy moments—toddlers, suitcases, and shopping bags. 🛒
Deadlifts teach you how to move RIGHT, protect your back, and build the kind of strength that helps you get through your day without feeling wrecked.
No ego. No showboating.
Just practical strength that actually improves your life. ✨
Why do we squat? 🏋️♂️
Because squatting isn’t just a gym exercise…
It’s a life movement.
We squat to get stronger legs.
We squat to build a solid core.
We squat to improve balance and stability.
But more importantly…
We squat so everyday life feels easier.
Getting up off the sofa.
Lifting shopping bags.
Picking up kids or grandkids.
Moving with confidence — not hesitation.
Squats train your body to work together.
Strong. Stable. Capable.
And no… you don’t need to squat heavy.
You just need to squat well 💪
This is how we train at The HUB.
For strength that actually carries over to real life.
New year, new programming…
Same unreal results 🙌
The boss man @bensullivan321 is taking us through January’s strength focus.
Getting stronger.
Moving better.
So we’re primed and ready for some brand-new movements coming in February 🚀
