Nasi Goreng fried rice in under a minute . . . . . . Boiled up some standard rice and added a couple of teaspoons of basil goreng seasoning from @smokeandflameuk . Let it sit and cool for a few hours while I prepped soma salt and pepper chicken thighs. Once the thighs were resting I got the wok screaming hot, horses in some egg, fired in the rice, added msg, dark and light soy, stirring well before finishing with a squirt of @benskitchen22 wok oil. Served up with the thighs and covered with Youngs curry sauce. Who needs takeaway when it takes no time at all to bang out food like this? #fakeaway #smokeandflame #basicbitch #chickencurry #takeaway
