🇲🇽🇫🇷 Tacos Provençale on The Toorak Riviera 😄 🇲🇽🇫🇷
Tomato & tapenade with fresh herbs & goats curd on a buckwheat tortilla....
This Sunday, the 16th March @toorakcellars from 12pm - 4pm
Raw kingfish with crème fraiche, orange & quite a bit of chervil. Dressed with white soy, poppyseed & mandarin pressed olive oil.
I think it was Sally Clarke who said a sprig of chervil makes a good dish great; imagine what 20 sprigs can do!
Currently on @publicwineshop .
Cervelle de canut!
We got some very nice fresh curd from Rachel at the @butterflyfactory_gippsland which we've made into cervelle de canut, the rather glorious Lyonnaise fresh cheese dip, mixed with shallot & garlic & fresh herbs.
Loaded onto a slice of @loaferbread with butter makes for a very satisfying bite to eat!
Potted prawns!
Prawns potted with butter, curry leaf & something very close to Singaporean black pepper sauce. Bit of toast, bit of lemon, very tasty.
On now @publicwineshop
