We just finished up this walnut conference table which measures 15’ long by 5’ wide.
Built in 18 individual components, it was designed to be fully broken down for finishing, transport, and precise reassembly in its final space.
The surface is made using shop-sawn thick veneer—walnut boards are resawn into thin planks, edge glued, and added to both sides of a substrate core. This method creates a more stable panel while maintaining the visual depth of solid hardwood. This process isn’t about saving time or material—it’s about producing a superior end result.

A timeless living room, designed by @amelia.interiors and captured by @holgerobenaus . Grateful to have contributed the final layer with our handcrafted coffee and side tables.
A house lived in and loved, isn’t that the goal for everyone? These custom handrails, partnering with dear friend @fhfloyd , were a perfect touch to their space.

“I revel in the details. Many are things you’d likely never notice—whether grain direction, where we place the brass inlay, or the table base being made out of a single board. These things matter to me, and they add to the fuller experience of the piece.”

This all-walnut credenza—built to function as a clean, elevated office piece while still showcasing the natural character of the wood.
@benjaminpaulstudio we designed and fabricated our own brass hardware in collaboration with @ttsstudio and our in-house metal shop, which added a really unique touch to the final piece.
The casework is solid walnut, and the doors are made using our custom thick veneer process. It’s a more labor-intensive approach, but it gives #woodworking #finewoodworking #woodworking the freedom to be intentional with grain layout while creating incredibly stable panels that still highlight the natural beauty of the material.
This one was all about balance—function, craftsmanship, and letting the walnut speak for itself.
