We played with contact improvisation, speeches from revolutions, and improvised polyphonic singing. We smashed them together to build small sequences and see what happens!
Text adapted from Subcommandante Marcos of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation - a libertarian socialist, anti-capitalist, and indigenous-rights revolutionary group based in Mexico.

This micro-short film has been a little labour of love at the end of a tough year.
Using the words of Vincent Van Gogh
taken from a letter written to his brother Theo in September 1889. With some minor edits & words from other letters.
Something in between a monologue, a film & a letter.
This piece was also in part inspired by reading #VanGoghsEar by #BernadetteMurphy.
From Vincent to Theo, to me, to you.
