Tyler has been a heartbeat in our ecosystem since the early days of Melon Kitchen. Beyond incubating his own brand, he stepped up to manage our kitchen operations and mentored the next wave of founders coming through our doors. Watching his growth from pandemic catering to a full-blown brick-and-mortar is the ultimate full-circle moment for us. It’s the living testament to why we build these programs in the first place.
The yellow building on Shelby Street is bright, full of life, and exactly the kind of intentional space our community deserves. We couldn’t be prouder to see an alum claim his space and keep building the legacy.
