"The challenge with this spot was committing to the super high-contrast, street photography style that director @silencelola had in mind. We had a single day to shoot and we were on an exterior location in London city. This meant large machinery was not possible and we were going to be at the mercy of the weather. Lensed with Arri Master Primes for a super sharp look and we kept the aperture pretty small so that textures in the scene were pronounced and detailed. We shot almost everything on a Scorpio 45 crane with some dolly and track work as well.

Commercial Feature: Zalando - “What Do I Wear?” “I love to use ‘Spike Lee’ dolly shots, otherwise known as ‘double dolly’ shots. Most of the time it comes from a desire to be really close to the subject while they are moving, which is not that easy to do with a Steadicam or Technocrane.
