WOW, what a weekend at the #AIAAustinHomesTour! ⨠Weâre still buzzing from all the energy and enthusiasm around this incredible event.
The Valburn Residence was a true showcase of the complex millwork we love to create â featuring 28-foot grain-matched wood panels, radius cabinetry with solid stone countertops (1,200 lbs of stone in the primary bath!), and precision detailing along the stair treads.
Itâs an honor to see this stunning home, designed by @hughjeffersonrandolpharchitect and built by @oakmanbuildingco , on display for so many to enjoy.
Thanks to @oakmanbuildingco for bringing us into this amazing project, to @AIAAustin for hosting such a stellar event, and to the wonderful homeowners for opening their doors. Until next year! đđĄ

Weâre absolutely thrilled to have been able to share this epic project with all of you @aiaaustin Home Tour last weekend.
There were so many fun features that made this home unique, from the unique fish-scale brick pattern on the exterior and the large concrete columns framing floor-to-ceiling windows to the 15-car garage; this was a standout project.
Bringing the bold vision from @hughjeffersonrandolpharchitect from design to reality was a truly collaborative, precise, and thoughtful process of execution.

I feel like it's a good sign when I walk into one of our own projects and say, "Wow!" This is in the penthouse residence at the Hotel Saint Cecilia. It was a bit tricky to capture with the iPhone but the color is a sage dye stain applied by @bellissimofinefinish
