This was my first Super Bowl ad shoot.
I line produced this spot (and a few others) for a New York production company that needed local crew, gear, and locations in Austin. You already know we brought the heat.
Five locations in two days… somehow turned into :10s.
And I guess it worked—JT won the Democratic primary.
Proof that good, authentic filmmaking still reaches people.
Austin remains the best place to shoot. I said what I said.
And for all you EPs out there… we stayed under budget.
