We also now have four fidget boxes available in the shop to help make visits more comfortable.
These sessions are all about creating a calmer, more relaxed environment, with a bit of extra time and care.
When booking through Fresha, there’ll be an option to let us know about any specific needs or preferences, so we can make your visit as comfortable as possible.

What a way to start a Saturday @poweryard_ a great way to start your weekend and make new friends in a different part of the world, it was so tough but I’m so great full to my gym buddies@gwdrake and @cyril_berjot_93 for helping me get through it, totally different style of training than I’m used to but I think I might have found my perfect morning routine 🦾
