@bella_and_tortie FIRE TONKOTSU SMOKED PORK COLLAR PIE
This might be the best pie to date. Not too spicy (may be too much if you canāt tolerate any spice) but thereās definitely heat there from Taroās āfireā tonkotsu broth. Pairs perfectly with the peppery smoked pork collar from Frankieās. Mixed with takana pickle, shallots and our flaky pastry. The perfect amount of meat and lush gravy.

Chocolate Delice is a really smooth, soft dessert cake. Topped with a vienetta ribbon of vanilla mascarpone it is taken to another level with the cherries jubilee. Fresh cherries are cooked until just soft in an Armagnac orange syrup.
