We have raised $5,800 for our Scholarship Fund but we want to get to our $20,000 goal so we can say YES to more families for partial or full scholarships for camp this summer and aftercare next school year. We also have had some big bills and purchases made in the last few months which makes it hard to continue to sustain the business AND offer scholarships and reduced pricing.
We need to raise money FAST, so families can make decisions for the fall. So for today only, we have added some new deals and are going to include ALL proceeds into our Scholarship Fund. While donations are welcome (and SO appreciated!) we also want you to support in ways that YOU use Beehive.

Come join us for our wonderful and thriving Little Bees program! We will be hosting 11 weeks of summer playgroups and are officially booking up our fall semester (school year programs book fast!)
Little Bees is a perfect program for your 2-4 year old preschooler. You can drop-off or stay and play. Our schedule is Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-12:30. In the summer, we book week by week and in the school year, we book by the day!

We’ve been posting a lot about building our scholarship fund and we are still working REALLY hard to do that! We are at $4,200/ $20,000. See previous posts to see how you can save and donate at the same time ❤️
BUT we also have other cool stuff happening that we want to highlight! We have room in some of our summer camps and Little Bees summer program. We’d love to have you there 🌈
School year programming is also ready for booking! We have a growing aftercare program for pre-k and k+, including pre-k half day Fridays! Little Bees Fall (sold out this school year) is open for early booking, too! You can book Mondays, Tuesdays and/ or Thursdays.
And parties! We have SO many open spots for parties in the next few months. We have 4 options: basic $500, honey $700 (custom decorations), queen bee $850 (food + custom decorations), easiest party in the world $1000 (food, decorations, add-on activity & goodie bags + benefits the scholarship fund)
Play packs are $130 for 10 days of play and we have a variety of membership options, including pay by the month or a lifetime membership for $500 (benefits the scholarship fund)

Wow! Lifetime Memberships and Camp Day Passes are generously being snagged! At $4,200 we can offer 1 family a full aftercare scholarship for the school year 2026-2027 or several families partial scholarships.
This also supports our ACCESS card program where all services are 50% off. And our FREE new baby program. And the many partial scholarships we gave for summer programming.

Beehive is being asked for scholarships and financial support for aftercare and camps in unprecedented ways right now. We want to help as much as possible and do try to meet families where they are as much as we can. We do this in large part with the help of all of you who donate a few dollars here and there, which is hugely generous and kind.
Currently, the asks far exceed what we are able to do and that coupled with growing expenses and some random, unexpected bills, had us thinking creatively. Much like our camp sale last fall- I thought about the ways in which folks already use Beehive and what could be helpful for our community. We want you to feel like the donation helps your family and others (and Beehive).
So we have 3 deals/ donation ideas:
1. LIFETIME memberships to Beehive for $500. This can replace your current membership or start when this membership runs out, but you can come to play whenever we are open. This is the cost of our yearly membership. (20 available)
2. Day Camp Passes: $500 for 10 days of summer or school year camp. Our days are usually $115 each day, so this is more than half off if you bought individually. You can choose your dates anytime with your pass!
3. Easiest Party in the World: we will do it all- goodie bags, decorations, food, custom craft and our space for $1000. Pick any upcoming date. (10 available)
I’ll try to update as we get some bookings! HUGE goal of $20,000 so we will see!
Also, you can always donate to the scholarship fund/ sponsor a new baby group/ or prebook aftercare and little bees. Everything helps us right now :)
