Here are some common signs and symptoms: * Changes in bowel habits (diarrhea or constipation) * Rectal bleeding or blood in the stool * Persistent abdominal discomfort (cramps, gas, or pain) * A feeling that the bowel doesn't empty completely * Unexplained weight loss
