We’re delighted to announce the return of our summer Hot Air Balloon Dining experience from Wednesday 20th May, reimagined as Beaverbrook’s Balloons in Bloom, with a new evocative design by Summerill & Bishop soon to be unveiled.
This year, imagine an immersive celebration of British summer, where Beaverbrook’s landscape is in full bloom. Six stationary balloons will become enchanting garden sanctuaries, hosting an alfresco dining experience including a welcome drink and a five-course Japanese menu with an immersive yakiniku barbecue at its centre.
