Baltimore stalwarts Mezey & Nosho make their Beatitude label stamp with a 3 track EP, featuring a club remix by the celebrated Kade Young (@_kadeyoung ) of @woe.bmore . 1 JPL Poem 2 Unlucky 3 JPL Poem (Kade Young remix) ‘JPL Poem’ springs out of the gate with melodic vocal clips and Halloween-esque pianos flying high over a throbbing bassline. Equal parts tooled up pneumatic drums and rusty bass bin heft, this one delivers the ‘tweaked and freaked’ sound M&N have been purveying these last few years at a properly ballistic tempo. ‘Unlucky’ plays a different game, slowly unravelling a tune as gooped up as a well-loved bong. Built around deep-fried guitar and a dub-wise bassline, Unlucky is one for the early hours when a little more weird is on the menu. Kade Young’s remix of ‘JPL Poem’ re-grounds the sound as a Baltimore thing; brightly polished percussion and classic club references burnish his take into an effective club tool that keeps the ball bouncing. thank you for any and all support, enjoy ♡♡

Joining the realm of Beatitude is Washington, D.C. imprint side II side (@side_ii_side ). Untethered by genre or tempo, this EP mirrors the playful and experimental energy of his party series tender. (@tenderfullstop ), as well as his love for sound system rattling music. Starting things off with a roller indebted to classic Minimal, ’Playground Supersonic’ brings looseness before locking into a rattling funk for modern clubbers. ’Mirror Image’ expands the setting with deep space pings before settling around an irresistibly squishy synth riff. ‘Ether’ taps into a quasi dancehall rhythm built around dubby ear candy before dissolving into starry eyed trippy-ness. For the worms stuck in the hole, ‘From The Jump’ burrows in proper Bristol style around expertly textured wubs and wobbles, eventually offering a way out with moody pads levitating in the haze. mastering by @mezey.info

Behind the decks, she follows a pulse across genres - weaving narratives with techno, Baltimore Club, classic house rarities, electro, breaks, and experimental compositions. If you haven’t played Solidare yet, she’s about to play you… fkaLAFFYYY is a Berlin-based multimedia and performance artist. Her live sets deliver a genre-fluid cyclone of punk, hard dance, and experimental electronics with moments of revelatory frailty. Whipping up a frenzy with fractured realities and shifting identities, count on this one to gather momentum and ‘blow up’. Eva has graced the decks at Nowadays, Paragon, Public Records, and several radio booths including The Lot Radio and Rinse FM. Her party series at Bossa Nova Civic Club, Concussion, is a dubby and sweaty showcase for fans of soundsystem music. Always delivering the most cutting edge bass music and never lacking in doses of wub, you’ll want to wear your earplugs for Eva’s set 🤤 Miah Benton aka ADAB is a Philadelphia based DJ whose sets embody a wide range of deep and refreshing sounds. With Chicago roots and involvement in the Cleveland scene as a founder of the queer techno crew In Training, they are no stranger to the underground. We caught ADAB’s set at Dripping this summer and 😮‍💨 Lock into ADAB and let them hypnotize you 🌀 🌀 Making his Beatitude debut with several ZAP appearances under his belt is Washington DC’s one and only Nativesun.
