My training these days often doesn’t go much beyond my bodyweight. This mornings workout for example was supposed to 36 continuous single arm KB swings with the 203lb bell with mid swing transition every 9 reps. 4x9 for my 49th birthday. The hand transition is brutal on the grip. I said “supposed to” as I was short a few reps when I reviewed video…. So guess I’ll have to do it again in a few days. Because while you may not think it… that one set will leave you pretty wrecked. If you read this far drop a comment… oh yeah… entering my last year in my 40’s. That’s crazy 🤪
