This is my first post on the insta grid in over a year and I'm breaking my silence to tell you about some pretty cool things that are happening.
Its been a mad but exciting few months. You may have seen that a few days ago @the_new_eves released a single. We have been working insanely hard behind the scenes for a long time so it feels like a momentous occasion to finally begin to share this hard work with everyone. Go give it a listen if you haven't already!
But whilst that has been going on I have also been working on something else with an incredibly talented group of writers that I am proud to call my friends. For years I have been so inspired by the work of the people around me and it has been a dream of mine for a long time to gather this all together. This is what Circle Bird Press is doing and I'm so excited to be part of it.
Tomorrow we are putting on a fundraiser event at Daltons, raising money for the printing of our first poetry collection and to help set up get this community minded literary press off the ground.

Been getting all sappy over some big rocks ooo yh baby ⛰️✨ Thinking about how long they have stood here and how massive and solid and still they are. We thought that maybe in hundreds of years there will be two people sitting here like we are, thinking the things we are now, looking out at the expanse below. I'm sure many have before. We gave one rock a hug. I wonder what other things have touched it over the years. It felt calm.
