Vietnam just changed how I think about coffee. ☕🇻🇳
Zanya Double Washed from Vietnam’s Central Highlands is my latest obsession, and I can’t stop thinking about it. Notes of maple syrup, umeboshi plum, and port wine in a thick, syrupy cup that coats your mouth even as a filter brew. Bold flavor, lighter roast. It shouldn’t work this well. It does.
Here’s the thing: Vietnam grows more coffee than almost anywhere on Earth, but nearly all of it is Robusta. Zanya is part of a quiet Arabica revolution happening in the Central Highlands, and it tastes like nothing else in our catalog.
