This year's Mental Health Awareness Week, runs 11th -17th May, we think it's important to help people to take action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us, or others, feel hopeful and less powerless.

First developed in 2022 by Public Health, in collaboration with the Recovery College and a lived experience group, the updated toolbox brings together practical resources and support, making it easier to help people find the right support at the right time.
It reflects the partnership's shared commitment to support mental wellbeing and building healthier communities.
