In 2018 I asked @samschelble what team should I follow and he immediately answered “The Packers”. As a trouble maker teenager that wanted to piss off Dad, I “became a Packer fan”. Cause I wanted to choose my own team as I did with national venezuelan soccer.
Back then, little did that teenage girl know that she would end up in Green Bay watching the Packers play at the Lambeau Field.
Now that I really became a CERTIFIED PACKER FAN, I proved myself that following the Vinotinto was not enough. I had to put myself under another situation where I’m there to cheer the team even when all the odds (or the team or the coach) are against us.
That’s life right now, it will feel like that until I can hug my people in my home town cheering for our teams triumph. And I’m not even talking about the NFL or soccer anymore.
This is just how I am. Smiling even when all odds are against us, is just how we are wired. And that’s how it is going to be, Love. If we win, if we loose, I’ll
always be there.
Life without color can actually be really pretty.✨
