I still remember the moment I looked into the mirror back in 2017.
Feeling overweight, no strength, no confidence. But one night I heard this voice inside of me that said, “This isn’t who I’m meant to be.“
So immediately the next day I made the choice to start making some changes to myself.
I didn’t have a fancy gym, a coach and didn’t know what I was doing. That’s when one day at the park I saw a guy doing pull ups on the bar, without any equipment or machine. Just straight raw strength.
Then I realized I didn’t need a gym.
I just needed me, my body, and the discipline to show up every single day.
From that moment on, the bars became my second home.
Whether it was raining, storming, or thundering, I was out there, failing, learning, and pushing myself further every single time.
In just a few years I’d earned my certification as a Calisthenics Coach and I stepped into my first competition stage in Stockholm.
From there, things started to move: 📍 2023 – FIBO 📍 2023 – 6th place, Swiss Championship 📍 2024 – 3rd place, Steelbarz 📍 2024 – 3rd place, Swiss Championship 📍 2024 – 4th place, Neuchâtel Streetworkout
And in 2025, I took it to a whole new level, by organizing the Swiss Calisthenics Championship myself.
But my proudest moment has always been helping others build the strength physically and mentally, that I had to fight for alone.

But once the fatigue builds, those muscle-ups start feeling very different.
That is what I like about combinations like this.
They are easy to understand, but they still test your pulling power, transitions, control, and endurance.
You do not always need complicated workouts.
Sometimes a clean format like this is enough to expose your level very quickly.

40 pull-ups unbroken. After a full workout.
This was not at the start of the session.
This was at the end, when the body is already tired and every rep feels more honest.
That is what I love about endurance training.
It is not only about what you can do when you are fresh.
It is about what you can still do when fatigue is already there and your body starts asking for a different hobby.
Today that number was 40 unbroken pull-ups.
Moments like this are a reminder that consistency builds more than strength.
It builds capacity.
It builds control.
And it builds confidence under fatigue.

New PR: 1 muscle-up with +30 kg.
This one means a lot to me.
Weighted muscle-ups are one of the clearest tests of upper body strength, explosive power, timing, and control.
And today I managed to hit a new personal record with 30 kg.
Moments like this are a reminder that progress does not always look loud.
Sometimes it is just weeks and months of consistent work… finally showing up in one clean rep.
Small moment.
Big meaning.

Can you do this unbroken?
10 pull-ups.
1 muscle-up.

But if you want it clean and unbroken, it hits differently.
That is what I like about challenges like this.
You do not need a huge list of exercises.
Sometimes a short combo is enough to test your pulling strength, control, transitions, and endurance.
This one is all about staying sharp from the first rep to the last one.

I decided to extend it with:
10 seconds hang
1 final muscle-up
And that last part changes everything.
It is one thing to do the reps.
It is another thing to hold on, stay composed, and still pull one more muscle-up at the end.
That is what makes challenges like this so good.
They expose your control, your endurance, and how well you can perform once fatigue starts talking.

How to warm up properly before training.
A good warm-up does not need to be complicated.
Here is a simple structure you can use before your workout:
1. Scapula pull-ups – 5 to 15 reps
2. Dips – 5 to 10 reps in your progression level
3. Squats – 10 to 20 reps
4. Push-ups – 5 to 10 reps in your progression level
Repeat this for 3 rounds
and rest 60 to 90 seconds between rounds.
The goal is not to exhaust yourself before training.
The goal is to prepare your joints, activate the right muscles, and get your body ready to move well.
Train smart.
Warm up properly.
Your performance will thank you later.

FIRST COMPETITION. FIRST WIN. 🏆
ENDUREPS entered its first competition and we took the win.
This was a team endurance battle with teams of three athletes.
Representing ENDUREPS: @be_s3rious , competing alongside @dennis.nigreos and @timerens_ .
The event took place in Frankfurt at the Deutsches Architekturmuseum (DAM) on Saturday, May 2, within the museum’s sports program.

Our team fought through the semifinal and the final and in the end, we brought home the win.
