DS Kinsel (
@dskinsel ) returns for the final installment of this ongoing dialogue with Becci Davis (
@bdavissynergy ): the DJ dance party. Across four parts—thinking, grieving, making, remembering—their work circles back, unfailingly, to the insistence on love: danced, held, and shared in community. This last chapter gives that insistence a beat. Don’t miss the send-off:
KINSELLAND Radio DJ Dance Party
Saturday, November 8, 7–9 PM
Closing Party for Bloodstone + Home | Bohemian Ossuary
$10 advance | $20 at the door — tickets coming soon
Kinselland Radio is a vinyl-driven sonic experience by artist couple DS & Anqwenique Kinsel. Listening to their hearts and trusting their hands to guide the groove, the duo pulls deep cuts across classical, jazz, hip-hop, R&B, rock, and retro pop from the family archive. Their live sets—rooted in African American art of the twentieth century—have been heard at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, Carnegie Museum of Art, Oasis Lounge, Apteka, Ace Hotel, and in a six-month residency at Con Alma.
Love, joy, dance party—curator Brooke Erin Goldstein (
@brooke.erin.goldstein ) joins Becci Davis and DS Kinsel on the ideas at the core of their exhibitions.
This is Part 4—the final chapter—of their resonant series. Watch the full video via link in bio 🔗
