There are no words to describe what it means to wrap up a great season in the Canadian mountains. I’m grateful for life and for the people who have always been there for me. Continuing to grow as a mountain guide is something that fills my heart—there is so much to learn and so much to share. There are already very few women in the IFMGA guiding industry, and being one of them fills me with joy; being able to represent the highest possible level in the mountain skiing industry in Canada was a dream come true. These were weeks of intense learning, doubts, and emotions—but always rewarding.

Spring skiing is upon us. Unlike the lower elevations which were warm and wet this season, our Cascadian volcanoes are in great shape. Come check a Kulshan (Baker) summit and ski descent off of your bucket list in the sun and perfect spring corn. Click the link in bio to book or learn more.

Valkyr lodge 2026. Awesome week with friends old and new. While the snow wasn’t exactly what you expect from mid January, @bcaguide made the most of it and found us soft snow in the sun, some ripping turns, and kept us stoked. I had a blast cooking for the group, rocking some fun dinners, lots of après (also known as first dinner) and successfully cooked Detroit style pizzas at 7300 feet in an oven that needed to have a potato masher in the broiler door to keep the airflow going (it worked just fine, for the most part). Vibes were excellent, amazing group of people, an incredible amount laughs, one raccoon hat, many powder pigs, and many fun memories. Until next time, BC. You rock.

Some days exceeds expectations and today was one of them! I woke up to 9” at my house(love ❄️!) Toured up to Source Lake with our #aiare L2 students only to discover 9+” of blower in the valley 🙏. Great day digging, observing and discussing the weather, snowpack ⛄️and terrain, so psyched for day 2!
Note on conditions, the snow supported us riding over objects and unconsolidated enough to break thru creek crossings, still early season conditions out there. @beaconguidebooks@backcountryaccess@cripplecreekbc@bcaguide #amga1979 #ski #avalanchesafety #skitouring
