This old print was soaked in time and rescued from the confines of a very damp shed. The car was bought off some Belgian punks in the early 2000’s for next-to peanuts; due wholly to it being a carcass at the time. You would never have guessed that it had once been an embassy car for ferrying suited up diplomats around Europe.
Forty-odd years of deviated use [later] and it arrived at our place, on its haunches. Bill Sr was reluctant to take it on. However, growing up I was obsessed with the Matrix; to the point where I’d watch it, rewind the tape and go again. Apoc drives one of these in a rainy, late night scene (the one where Trinity extracts a bug from Neo’s stomach). In all the wisdom of my single figure life, I communicated to old bill that this was the baddest car of all@time
