Eaton Square Schools, Eccleston Square 🛠️✏️
The brief was to create a playful children’s nursery setting whilst recognising the listed building’s heritage.
Following previous successful projects with designers @houseofkindesign with whom we have a long-term working relationship, BB Contracts were engaged to deliver this scheme. The project involved, new lighting and power, flooring throughout, joinery, decorations and play structures.
The refurbishment works took place during the summer holidays, so the project was under a strict timeline to be completed before the commencement of the new academic year. The children love the slides!
BB Contracts then returned at Easter to carry out additional works to the library room, which was turned around in less than 2 weeks.

Miss Daisy's Nursery, Belgravia ✏️🛠️
Following on from other successful schemes with Duke's Education, BB Contracts were appointed to undertake the full refurbishment and fit-out of Miss Daisy's new flagship location in Ecclestone Street, London.
This project was not without complications but the teamwork ethic prevailed and the scheme came in on budget and on programme in time for the autumn 2022 term.
Once again, we worked with House
of Kin who created a truly magnificent design. We managed to swiftly gain Landlord Approval from the Grosvenor Estate with some very helpful support from Murray Birrell.
Our carpenters and joiners are looking forward to the next challenge that House of Kin point in our direction!

We were recently asked by a client to carry out new partitioning and joinery works on a very tight deadline at @maidstonestudios , ready for them to move into their new space.
We were happy to help and successfully completed all works within a 4-day period 👏
The joinery feature slat walling looks fantastic in the new space, helping to break up the room while still allowing plenty of natural light to flow through the workspaces.

We transformed tired communal areas into smart, welcoming and functional spaces - creating a friendly first impression for tenants who remained in situ throughout the works, all with minimal disruption.
Our team delivered a full refurbishment of the ground floor reception, staircase and 3rd floor lobby for our client - Sovereign Centros from CBRE.
Designs and specifications were produced by Lauren Crilly Design, with all works completed by our in-house team. Electrical works were carried out by Paul at DJ Adams Electrical, and staircase balustrading by Watts Construction. Project and cost management by WT Partnership.
All delivered on time and in budget! 🙌

Delivered over a 10-week programme, this fit-out sits within the developer-led, mixed-use Filmworks scheme in Ealing.
Despite early pre-construction challenges, strong collaboration between BB Contracts, @hollandharvey and The Gymnasium Group ensured a smooth delivery and successful outcome.
Designed with community at its core, the space includes:

St Ermin’s Ballroom transformation ✨
From ceiling to lighting, this space has had a complete glow-up. We restored the ornate ceiling and coving, repaired the fabric panelling, and built new upstands for the LED lighting. We also installed brand new lighting throughout and added an iPad-controlled system that can be dimmed and switched to any colour. To finish, a full redecoration has completely transformed the space.

Castle House, Wells Street 🛠️
It was great to be back working alongside @presurveyors on this CAT A reinstatement under instruction from Frederick Holt & Co, managing agents for the building. 🙌🏻
This time, we were on the second floor, refurbishing the 2,000 sq ft office space in the south wing.
The project included the installation of a new HVAC system, along with a LED lighting system equipped with daylight dimming, both contributing to a significant improvement to the EPC rating of the space. We also installed secondary glazing throughout.
A new raised access floor has been fitted, and the WCs have been refreshed to further modernise the space.
A big thank you to everyone involved, especially our site lead, Taylar, for delivering the project on time and within budget.
We look forward to moving on to the next floor with the same team! 👏🏻

We’re straight back into the swing of things after the Christmas break, with joinery installations underway for the new fabric storage and office spaces for our long-standing client, @roseuniacke , at Radnor Studios 🛠️
It’s the precision and attention to detail that really sets this project apart from the usual installations.
The office looks fantastic, with two new meeting rooms formed using Tea Point and a new storage area. Moving through to Unit 2, the main storage spaces for the fabric samples are really coming together beautifully.
We’re now progressing into the final Unit 3, where new limestone tiles and bespoke joinery will be installed — watch this space! 👀
