We’re currently delivering the refurbishment of Chalcot Square – a Grade II listed Italianate terrace in Primrose Hill, located within one of Camden’s Conservation Areas.
This five-storey property is undergoing a comprehensive internal reconfiguration and architectural upgrade, designed to improve building performance while preserving and enhancing its historic character.
We delivered 24 energy-efficient new-build flats for A2 Dominion in Southall, achieving EPC ratings of B and above through airtight construction, low U-values, and MVHR systems.
Guided by Passivhaus principles and our in-house certified architect, we’re now applying these insights to future new builds and retrofit projects.

In our latest feature, Gravity takes on the reception space at Marlow House, drawing inspiration from the building’s Art Deco façade and fusing it with a modern, luxurious palette.
For the flooring, Dekton Sabbia was the clear choice. With constant foot traffic and high aesthetic demands, the team needed a surface that could deliver both performance and elegance. Sabbia’s travertine-inspired finish brought timeless beauty without the drawbacks of natural stone.

New Timber Yard is the latest development from Thackeray Group. This 30,000sq.ft creative office campus is now readily available for occupation.
We were appointed to develop the concept design for the CAT-A fit out through to completion, in partnership with Artemis Interiors.
The project focussed on both aesthetics and sustainability, and the former timber yard now boasts an EPC A rating and BREEAM Excellent certification.

Beresford Road goes above and beyond standard energy performance, achieving any overall EPC rating of B.
Using considered design and construction methods the development saw an overall reduction of 45.4% CO2 emissions. Through low air tightness and innovative heat recovery systems we achieved a near #passivhaus rating of 0.8 APC
The scheme is located in a busy suburban town in the London Borough of Ealing.
A modern build consisting of two terrace blocks across 3 floors includes car parking, cycle store and private amenity space.
