Just over a week ago, we had a memorable night @bathyscaphe.be Three artists @_dialect @littlest__freckle @mina_kiedy_smut on top form for a special @warmwintersltd showcase. The music was perfectly suited to the space and the audience turnout to support was fantastic, as you have been for a while now. So thanks very much for that. Thanks to all involved in making this happen - volunteers, @reptib1 @mariemaite , @linusbonduelle , @djshoplifter Photos by @an.an.ton #warmwinters #ambient #experimentalpop #dub

Almost nothing is known about her - no interviews, no clear backstory, and not even the certainty that PETITE is her real name. From the fragments we’ve been able to piece together, PETITE (@petitelovesyou ) is said to have spent years working night shifts in a diner somewhere between Nevada and California. Scalding coffee, a weary jukebox, rain falling across an empty parking lot - this is where she is believed to have started writing her songs, scribbling lyrics on the backs of receipts. Intimate ballads in English, slow and confessional, shaped as much by silence as by sound, her music echoes the raw emotional pull of Lewis Capaldi and the cinematic melancholy of Lana Del Rey. Last March, on Friday the 13th, we had the privilege of hosting her at Bathyscaphe. That night marked her very first live performance - a fascinating moment in which her voice and piano repertoire carried us somewhere, where stories take a pause, and dreams become words. This is not a Nirvana cover night. But it’s an evening that will bring together three acts, two where music is strongly created through lyrics and poetry, and one that gives us that little something in between the words: some air to breath. 18h Doors 19h Roger F. & The Structure Roger F. (@rogerfaehndrich ) writes and performs politically engaged songs about individualism, the repercussions of budget issues within artist collectives, white men with guitars, the apocalypse, and capitalism in general. What was already paradoxical yesterday remains a reality today. The violinist and multi-instrumentalist Blanca Prieto (@blanca.prieto.acera ) embodies “The Structure” in this music, which oscillates between dark humor and rebellion. 20h Ines Marita Ines Marita (@inesmaritaschaerer ) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brussels. Their work spans across poetry, performance, sound art and experimental music. They examine the ephemeral and versatile nature of words and voice, embodying words and wording the body, searching for the visceral, physical, but also the power, presence and performativity of the voice in the space, it's sculptural and psychological potential. They are particularly interested in sensibility and vulnerability as constitutive forces. 21h Disposición Asoleada David Jarrín Zabala (@cherenglog ) is a composer, improviser, curator, and radio broadcaster based in Brussels. He performs solo under the moniker Disposición Asoleada, encompassing various fields of sound experience, such as lo-fi field recordings, fictional landscapes produced with gongs, bells, and electronics, and raga-oriented transfigurations for stringed instruments. 22h Open end / Dj Sets with friends When : Saturday 25th April Where : @bathyscaphe.be 215 rue Dieudonné Lefèvre, 1020, Brussels Price : €7 - Tickets in bio Please note: - Doors close at the beginning of the concerts, and re-open during intermissions - Remember to bring cash for entry and the bar #brussels #bruxelles #brusselsartscene #brusselsart #livemusic

For over twenty years, Ivan Tirtiaux has distinguished himself as a singular voice in French songwriting. A singer, songwriter, guitarist, and sound artisan, he crafts evocative sonic landscapes where folk, blues, jazz, fado, and tropical influences converge, all in service of poetic and timeless expression. His encounter with electro composer Pierre Slinckx, first unveiled at the Nuits Botanique in 2022 in an octet format featuring a string quartet, takes on new momentum in 2025. A new creation for the Ars Musica festival further extends this collaboration in a duo form, giving rise to a contemporary sound world that blends poetic folk, guitar, and refined electronic textures. https://linktr.ee/ivantirtiaux 19:00 - Doors open 20:00 - Ivan Tirtiaux & Pierre Slinckx Price: €10 - Tickets online in bio Please note: - Doors close at the beginning of the concert, at 20:00 - Remember to bring cash for entry and the bar

All aboard ! On Thursday 23rd of April, Bathyscaphe will be happy to present GG Song, a former Brussel artist, who moved few years back to the south of France to look for some more sunshine, and who will come back to us, to present a set full of energy, stories, and melodies. Stick around and join him for an open jam session afterwards ! 19:00 - Doors open 20:00 - GG Song GG SONG is a versatile musician. First and foremost a fan of the great classics such as Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, and even Patrick Sébastien, GG is convinced he’s a punk in the same vein. He played piano for 15 years, but it’s ultimately with the saxophone that he wants to take to the stage. He travels across Europe with his solo act, introducing audiences to his world and making them laugh with his laid-back style. Using his RC505 loop station, he moves between hip hop, trip hop, pop, “popopop,” as well as techno and other unclassifiable styles. He performs his songs with self-deprecating humor, tackling taboo subjects such as sex, religion, addiction, love, and life’s unexpected twists. A show designed to offer a good time, marked by honesty and genuine originality. 21:00 to 22:00 - Jam session 22:00 - Open end, DJ sets with friends Price : hat participation Please note: - Doors close at the beginning of the concert, at 20:00 - Remember to bring cash for hat and the bar #brussels #brusselsart #brusselsconcert #bruxelles #ggsong

All aboard! Happening on Saturday 18th of April, this new navigation invites you to two intimate concerts, where poetry and architecture will intertwine within the space, hoping to resonate with the souls that inhabit it. 7:00 PM - Doors open 8:00 PM - Matthieu C Vergez (@matthieu_c_vergez ) Matthieu C Vergez concerts (musician, author, iconoclastic creative) oscillate variably between poetry, tempered noise and minimalism. In a resolutely improvised and experimental approach, using an electric guitar, cassette tapes or various objects, he creates an assembly of scenes, sober, lingering sounds. Sometimes, the voice appears, the recitative text acting as a sensitive link, a suspension in this ensemble of sharp movements - that tenuous, almost indescribable thread. 9:00 PM - Jason Van Gulick For over 30 years, Jason Van Gulick has demonstrated his unwavering commitment to music, notably accompanying on drums Carla Bozulich/evangelista (US), Edwood Jr (FR), Sum of R (Ch), and Wolvennest (BE) across tour in Europe. But it is in his solo work, within a more experimental and performative framework, that he has established himself as a musician in his own right. Since 2009, he has embarked on a demanding sonic exploration, confronting drums and percussion with various types of performance spaces, using resonance as a guiding principle. He has found in this relationship between sound and architecture an unlimited playground for his creations. In addition to recordings with other projects (Bison Bisou, Soleil Noir, Edwood Jr), he has released two solo albums : Entelechy (Idiosyncratics 2012) and Concrete (Consouling/Siken Tofu/Nunc 2018). /album/concrete Tickets €7 - "Billetweb" online shop in bio - limited tickets Please note: - Doors close at the beginning of the first act, at 8:00 PM, and will reopen during the intermission, from 8:40 PM to 9:00 PM. - Remember to bring cash for entry and the bar. #brussels #bruxelles #brusselsconcerts #matthieucvergez #jasonvangulick

🎵 {DREAM} 💔💦💎 Extract from ZIZI LA ZER x @leo_batuki LIVE 🖤 @bathyscaphe.be ~ [DREAM] has a taste of rain and tears muting into diamonds. ~ I composed this song on a rainy day of november 2024, feeling sad and lost, tired to be strong, missing softness. It all came like a waterfall of voices singing questions: Is there a way here that I could see my diamond ? Is there a way here that I could feel my time ? ... While I was recording the demo with my phone, the rain became louder and louder knoking at the windows of the room, a beautiful crowd of raindrops joining the song. ~ We performed [DREAM] for the 1st time with @leobatuki on the 5th of december 2025 and the raindrops became a rainstick closing the set 🌊💖 ~~~ U CAN WATCH /LISTEN TO/ OUR FULL LIVE SET * ôphelëia (the remedy) * cauz this is for U 💎 ---- 》link in bio ♡ ~~~~ Sound & Editing from @stan.esteban Images from Valentin Soulet Logistics from Frederica Snoeck & Andrea Davalos 💤 💯 LOVE

That evening, two seasoned artists, each shaped by their own journeys, will share the stage, weaving their personal legends into song and piano. 19:00 - Doors open 20:00 – Esteban Stan (@stan.esteban ) Dividing his life between the sea and the shore—oceanographer in the depths, musician on land—Esteban Stan draws inspiration from the hidden landscapes of the ocean floor. From these silent depths emerge a series of marine-inspired chants for voice and piano, musical impressions where the sea resonates in sound and poetry. /estebanstan/ /estebanstan 21:00 - Petite (@petitelovesyou ) Almost nothing is known about her.
