@normajoan_bathurst is hosting its first Wine Dinner of the year, bringing the exceptional cool-climate wines of Rikard Wines from Orange to the heart of Bathurst.
Founded by award-winning winemaker William Rikard-Bell, @rikardwines are crafted in small batches on the slopes of Mt Canobolas, with texture, balance, complexity and a true sense of place in every glass.
For one night only, the Norma Joan chefs will create a custom five-course menu, thoughtfully paired with seven Rikard wines.
Think beautiful food, clever flavour matches, great company and a little bit of wine country magic without leaving Bathurst.
To finish the evening, guests will put their palates to the test with a Mystery Wine Game because every good dinner party deserves a little friendly competition.
