Back 16 years ago (in 2010) when I make my first « wedding cake » for a pastry competition.
I was 19yo at the time and i didn’t know yet that this competition would change my life and would allow me to turn this expertise into my daily work.
This pastry competition was in honor of the great master S.G. Sender, the pastry chef of kings, who in his time left a mark on the history of French pastry through his craftsmanship and signature touch.
